Hi, I’m Leo Morningstar- photographer and model with over a decade of experience behind and in front of the camera.

My art is a love letter to the wholeness of being human and all that comes with it- desire, longing, belonging, change, grief, fear, and decay. It’s an ode to the misfits and the freaks- to anyone who has ever felt outcast. I believe that everyone deserves to have their beauty reflected back at them and to be represented with kind, loving eyes. Not despite their queerness or weirdness or body size or shape, but because of it. All bodies belong on gallery and museum walls because all bodies are art.

I work with a wide range of people with varied experience level- from people who’ve never had their photos taken, to full time professional content creators. Whether you’re wanting solo portraits, couple or polycule portaits, content for a spicy site, band photos, or a wedding, I’m your guy.

As a trans and disabled artist, I prioritize accessibility in my photoshoots and am always open to finding locations and accommodations that meet physical and sensory needs of my clients. My background in somatic psychology and sexology informs much of the work I do and how I approach photography and modeling as a cathartic and healing embodiment practice.

Currently based in New Orleans with experience working in Washington and California. I am open to travel for projects.
