Temperatures have broken a hundred here in Phoenix. The dog days of summer are usually my slowest months in terms of sessions. No one wants to endure the heat for a photoshoot. Kids will complain and sweat will overtake any makeup mom worked hard on. There are many life moments, however, that still happen during the summer that you may want captured! That is why I LOVE suggesting either in-home or in-studio sessions. A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure to capture a beautiful mom with her three children in studio. I know many think of in-studio sessions as the typical backdrop, pose, and look at the camera type of sessions but I can promise you that I keep my signature style by allowing connection to take place instead of sterile poses. My location guide has multiple studio options (for an extra cost) that are perfect for documenting your motherhood even in the heat of the summer.
Take a look at this authentic, emotion filled, and love soaked session.
